O'Donovan Consulting AG was founded in 1999 by Ingo Scheidweiler and Jochen Schwarz, who continue to manage the company's operations as executive directors. 

With offices in Berlin and Bad Homburg, O'Donovan currently employs twenty full-time consultants and can draw from a team of experienced external specialists. In addition to helping with strategy formulation, we focus strongly on the implementation of solutions.
